- `value`: `Any` — `CustomMetadataProperty` value. For `SELECT`, returns an object with `optionId` and `text`. For `CATALOG`, returns an opaque catalog selection ID string. For other single-value property types, returns the stored value as `String`/`Float`/`Int`/`DateTime`.
